Educational Workshop

A workshop covering various aspects of specialty coffee, including sourcing, roasting, and brewing techniques, making clarification of specialty coffee and traditional brew coffee.

Filter Coffee Booth

Showcasing different filter coffee brewing methods, such as pour-over, Chemex, and AeroPress which allows students to taste and compare the nuances of each brewing styles.


Hands-On Experience Booth

Students try their hand at brewing specialty coffee under the guidance of baristas using the brewing equipment and fresh beans provided by 18 Grams.
